I have been representing the Buyers and Sellers of homes, condominiums, buildable land, income property and estates in Santa Barbara, Hope Ranch, Goleta, Montecito, Summerland and Carpinteria since 1983. My goal with each client is to guide them through the complex process involved in buying and selling real estate, while making it as easy as possible for them.

I believe the following business practices are paramount to the successful completion of my transactions:

1.) To protect my clients from any potential legal exposure

2.) To keep my clients informed about all of their choices and the market every step of the way

3.) To personally attend all meetings, inspections and signings with and on behalf of my clients

4.) To communicate and coordinate with all other people and professionals involved in the transaction: escrow officer, title officer, loan agent, inspectors, workers, other agents, etc.

5.) For Sellers: From counseling them prior to listing the property, to preparing it for sale and carrying out the marketing plan

6.) For Buyers: From determining the property they desire, to helping them become educated on the current market and searching for and finding that property to buy

7.) For all Clients: From successful contract negotiation, to managing the escrow and closing

In addition to making real estate transactions easy for my clients while protecting them legally, I have extensive knowledge and expertise in the geographic areas I represent and will continue to keep myself informed about all of the issues that serve the best interests of my clients.
