Lauren Temkin grew up in a real estate family, her father and step mother are both Realtors. With real estate being such an integral part of her life she became a full time Realtor at age of 25.
Her entire career has focused on Santa Barbara Real Estate. She has been in 6 offices but always with the same manager. Relationships are very important to Lauren.
She has taken communication, negotiation, and marketing courses to enhance her effectiveness in representing buyers and sellers. She has a long client list and several clients the have written recommendation letters. Also, clients who are willing to speak with someone considering putting their real estate needs in Lauren's hands.
In 1990 Lauren recieved her GRI designation. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Elings Park where she walks her dogs from her home. Her hobbies include hiking, dog walking, agility training with her dog McNab, growing an organic garden and cooking local food.
